- Explain the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying TTP
- State the common causes of primary and secondary TTP
- Explain the common tests used to diagnose TTP and the investigations used in the disease work-up
- Describe the management of TTP including the role of PLEX, immunosuppression and specialist ICU care
