You should be able to:
- Describe the normal constituents and pressure of CSF
- Outline the causes of abnormalities of common CSF investigations including glucose, protein, cell counts and electrophoresis
- Summarise the CSF abnormalities seen in common conditions such as meningoencephalitis, subarachnoid haemorrhage and inflammatory conditions
