Offset Drift
  • A fixed deviation from the true value occurs at all points in the measured range
  • Can be corrected by one-point calibration (zeroing)
Gain (Gradient) Drift
  • The deviation from the true value increases progressively as the upper range is approached
  • Can be corrected by two-point-calibration
