SOE Cases

  • This element is designed to simulate the SOE exam using past topics or associated content
  • Select SOE questions based upon topics and tags:
    • Topic: curriculum area
    • Tags: style of questions
  • For each SOE question:
    • An introduction slide will be displayed with further information for long-case format questions
    • Questions will be displayed in turn, immediately followed by a suggested answer
  • A timer is provided for your guidance only – the question will not time-out

SBAs

  • This element is designed to simulate the SBA exam using past topics or associated content
  • Select SBA questions based upon topics and tags:
    • Topic: curriculum area
    • Tags: style of questions
  • For each SBA question:
    • An introduction slide will be displayed with further information for long-case format questions
    • Each of the case questions will be displayed in turn the marks available displayed
    • Questions can be scrolled through. and completed in any order
    • Once completed suggested answers can be shown with points that score marks highlighted in yellow
    • A self-score box is provided to document your mark for each question
    • At the end of the case, the total marks out of 20 will be displayed
  • A timer is provided for your guidance only – the question will not ‘time-out’

Flashcards

  • These flashcards are designed to enhance recall and learning using a ‘spaced-repetition’ system
  • Select flashcards based upon:
    • Topic(s): curriculum area
    • Type(s): style of questions
    • Tags(s): user defined identifiers
  • Select the number of questions to answer in the session
  • To view only flashcards which have not yet been learned select ‘new questions only’
  • Flashcards will be shown base upon your chosen
  • Cards will be repeated in differing frequencies depending upon your answer:

  • The session will end once all cards have been learned
